Who We Are
Phronesis Training Academy is 100% Black owned and has a BB BEE certificate, valid tax clearance certificate.
Phronesis is a member of NSDPA. Our management team has a combination of 30 years experience in
Hospitality, Tourism, Skills Development, Human Resource Development (HRD). ISO9001:2008 Training
& Implementation. Jewellery Making, Pottery & Ceramics Making.
Our company consists of permanent and part time employees. It currently operates in the city of
Upington in the Northern Cape Province but not limited to the NC only.
Who We Are
Our Focus is to Train & Develop un-employed & employed youth in Room attendant, Public Area
Cleaning, Food handling, Front desk, Kitchen handling, House keeping and entrepreneurship. In order for
them to establish their own small businesses, so as to be self employed and create jobs for other youth.
We envisage to provide QCTO accredited training and SETA approved skills programmes.
Our Vision
Our vision is to become the Best training and development service provider in the Northern Cape. Phronesis will establish this through: Consistently delighting our customers, delivering accredited training programmes and continuously improving on quality and compliance with the ISO9001:2008 principles.
